Vision Service Plan (VSP) encourages its members to maintain healthy vision through regular eye exams and provides benefits for required glasses or contact lenses.

VSP is available as a “stand-alone” plan or in conjunction with health plan coverage. When VSP is the only plan being offered, 100% of all eligible employees must enroll. In all other cases, vision enrollment must match Builders Exchange medical enrollment, including dependents, even if vision benefits are provided by the medical carrier.
