Employers
Thank you for your interest in the North Coast Builders Exchange Group Insurance Plans. All of the forms that you need to enroll can be saved and printed from this website.
A Group Program for your Company
This is a group program for your company. You must be a member of the North Coast Builders Exchange to enroll. Our program is available to all of our members from Sole Proprietors with no employees to members with large numbers of employees (some restrictions may apply).
Member Eligibility
New members to NCBE with three (3) or more enrolling owners/employees are eligible to enroll within the first 60 days after membership is activated. For example, if your membership is effective January 1st, you may enroll your firm effective January 1st, February 1st or March 1st of that year.
Members of NCBE enrolling only 2 or fewer owners/employees are eligible to enroll within 60 days after meeting a 180 day (6 month) waiting period. For example, if your membership is effective January 1st, you may enroll your firm effective July 1st, August 1st or September 1st of that year.
When You May Join
If your firm is an existing member of NCBE and have met the applicable waiting period, you may join the insurance group program and have an effective participation date upon one of the following:
- During the Open Enrollment period, February-March of each year;
- Within 60 days of no longer being subject to a collective bargaining agreement; or
- Within 60 days of non-renewal with a competitive carrier.
