Premier Access Dental Insurance provides quality dental coverage
throughout California, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Texas.
This dental carrier has consistently maintained an excellent
rating for stability and credibility to pay claims.
These 4 benefit plans, Elite, Elite + Orthodontics, Freedom
1500, and Freedom 1000, are all plans offered to our member
firms. The Elite + Orthodontics is available for firms with
1 or more enrollees and for dependents through the age of 19.
For firms with 1-9 employees, 100% of all eligible employees
must enroll and firms with 10 or more employees, a minimum
of 75% must enroll. A member firm may only offer one dental
plan.
