Savings Plus Dental Plan
The MetLife Savings Plus Dental Plan is designed to provide the features of a PPO at a price comparable to other lower-cost dental benefit programs. The plan covers a full range of services and provides the greatest value when members receive services from a participating PDP dentist. This plan provides very limited benefits when utilizing Out-of Network providers.
For all firms, 75% of all eligible employees must enroll. For firms of 10 or more enrolled employees a discounted rate is offered. A member firm may only offer one dental plan.
