Premier & Standard Dental Plans
These 3 benefit plans, the Premier, Premier + Orthodontics and Standard, are in the MetLife Preferred Dentist Program. The Premier Dental Plan is now available with and without orthodontic coverage. The NEW Premier Dental + Orthodontic Plan (available for firms with 10 or more enrollees) offers orthodontic coverage for enrolled dependents to the age of 19. Network discounts are also available for orthodontics in the Premier Dental and Standard Dental Plans.
For firms with 1-9 employees, 100% of all eligible employees must enroll in the Premier and Standard Plans. For firms with 10 or more employees enrolled in dental, a minimum of 75% of eligible employees must enroll in the Premier + Orthodontic, Premier and Standard Plans. A member firm may only offer one dental plan.
