The North Coast Builders Exchange Insurance Trust Program offers our member firms dental plans through two top-rated insurance carriers, MetLife Dental and Premier Access.

Flexible Plans

The programs offers the flexibility of choosing any dentist, In Network or Out-of-Network, at the time of the treatment and still receive benefits. These plans are available as a “stand alone” plan. They both, offer plans with or without Orthodontics coverage.

MetLife Preferred Dentist Program, (PDP) is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) consisting of a nationwide Network of over 80,000 carefully credentialed general and specialty dentists. Starting July 1st, 2009 MetLife also offers “Voluntary Dental” to NCBE insurance program. This allows employees to purchase coverage through their employer, as a payroll deduction.

Unique to Premier Access is their Premier Choice Network (PCN) Network which is available to members with the lowest out of pocket expenses; PCN Dentists fee average 50% off those typically charged by Non Network Providers. Premier Access’ Corporate office is located in Sacramento, CA.
